⇒ Important observations about the minutes: 1. If any of the members of the qualification, dissertation or thesis defense committee participate via web/video conference, the signature may be scanned, as long as this information appears in the minutes. The signature must be clear and legible. It cannot be in the form of a photo. 2. Any unusual occurrence during the defense must be recorded in the minutes (early departure of a member, urgent replacement of a full member with an alternate, change of location, interruptions of any nature, for example). 3. If the minutes exceed 1 (one) page, the next page must be the back of the sheet. 4. ALL signatures must be recorded exclusively with a BLUE pen, except, of course, the scanned signatures of members participating remotely. 5. The minutes number will be sent by email after the respective panel has registered with SIGAA. If you do not receive it by the day before the defense, request it to the secretariat by email secpos@ufersa.edu.br
